Shipping policy
We are shipping in the UK only.
- Shipping rate: £4.55 per order, Free shipping for orders over £45.
- VAT does not apply.
The estimated delivery times set out below are from the date on which you place your order with us. Please note that the delivery times quoted is an estimate only.
- Carrier: orders are shipped with DPD
- Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 working days (after order date)
- Working days are Monday to Friday. 9am -4pm - we do not operate during the UK bank Holidays and weekends.
- Order by 12 from Monday to Thursday and you might get a next day delivery FOC.
Shipping Exclusions: Unfortunately we can not ship orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland nor the rest of the world. Orders for which A P.O Box delivery address has been chosen cannot be processed and deliveries will not be made to these addresses.
Your order will reach you as per the Estimated Delivery Times provided, aside from in times of severe weather conditions and exceptional circumstances.
